Gergely Kiss 92b36e4a14 seafile: fetch sources using commit hashes instead of release tags

Avoids source filename conflicts and the need to delete source packages
at the end of the prepare stage. This has forced the buildenv to rebuild
the packages even if they were built already.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
