Oskari Rauta 96de355818 perl: fix tests ...

Enabling Perl tests causes failure during build.
Files that should be installed into packages, are
missing or in different location.

This PR removes missing files/paths and replaces
paths that have changed with working ones.

Most likely, test files have been relocated during
time and this portion hasn't been updated when
perl package has updated.

Fixes #21127
