Ian Leonard af0eb7f740 minidlna: update to 1.1.4

The Philips TV patch was included upstream.
Rename the minidlnad binary to minidlna instead of tweaking automake files.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
