   on an internal trash buffer

 - BUG/MAJOR: sample: correctly reinitialize sample fetch context before
   calling sample_process()
 - MINOR: stick-table: make stktable_fetch_key() indicate why it failed
 - BUG/MEDIUM: counters: fix track-sc* to wait on unstable contents
