Christian Marangi b4f1c7adf9 freetdm: disable broken pritap module ...

Disable broken pritap module as it never actually worked.

This module is based on a FORK of libpri [1] that have
all the extra symbol.

So the module probably never worked on loading it
with the wrong library.
