luci-app-travelmate: fix WLAN scan for non-root users
- added the missing "download" scope to cgi-io Path access remains restricted by the existing file ACL, so no additional file becomes readable. luci-mod-network: add auto-negotiation, phy speed and duplex
Some settings that were missing from the device configuration have been added to control auto-negotiation, PHY speed, duplex, and rx/tx pause. If the interface has available Phy links speeds, those values will be used, otherwise, static values will be used, such as 10Mbps half/full. 100Mbps half/full, 1Gbps full, 2.5Gbps full, etc... build: skip waiting for formality check on bot PRs
Automated translation updates from Weblate and dependency bumps from Dependabot do not trigger the formality webhook [1]. Consequently, the build workflow hangs indefinitely on the 'Wait for FormalityCheck' step and subsequently fails/times out. - Let's skip it entirely for weblate PRs and do not build packages with new translations as we discussed it and we don't need it currently - Allow building packages for other bots as Dependabot, Copilot, because sometimes they can introduce breaking changes and we need to know, if it does not break CI/CD stuff. luci-app-nut: only allow admin write access and limit read access
In order to mitigate GHSA-4f29-2ff2-6hqf: 'authenticated luci-app-nut configuration user can execute NUT monitor notify commands as root', we write access to the nut UCI configuration only for admin user, and also limit some additional read access for non-admin users. luci-app-mwan3: fix Rules view ACL permissions safely
The MultiWAN Rules configuration view (rule.js) calls an internal binary helper via fs.exec_direct() to dump active ipset ranges. On standard deployments, this triggers a 403 authorization block at the cgi-exec endpoint because the configuration profile lacks an explicit file execution path under its read scope. * Remove placeholder and show the information in the detail option description as the placeholder information is not showen * Make this option optional so if nothing is selected the strongswan charon is listen to 'all' interfaces. Therefor the default selection 'wan' is also removed. * Do not offer the creation of an interface as this is not needed at this configuration page. * Fix naming for this option from 'listen' to 'interface'. luci-mod-network: wireless: add gcmp256, sae_ext_key, transition_disable
Expose three per-BSS WPA3 tuning options in the wireless security tab: - gcmp256: advertise the GCMP-256 pairwise cipher - sae_ext_key: advertise the SAE-EXT-KEY AKM (SAE using a group-dependent hash, aka SAE-GDH) - transition_disable: signal Transition Disable (WPA3 Specification v3.5 section 13) so a client that connected once no longer downgrades GCMP-256 and SAE-EXT-KEY are mandatory for Wi-Fi 7 (EHT) but break interoperability with some clients. The wifi-scripts backend therefore defaults them on only for WPA3-Personal Compatibility Mode (sae-compat) on an EHT radio, and off everywhere else. The gcmp256/sae_ext_key checkboxes mirror that default, derived from both the encryption mode and the radio htmode, so the box shows the real default: leaving it untouched keeps the option unset (the backend decides), while toggling it writes an explicit override. As htmode is a radio property, not a wifi-iface one, it is read from the current selection of the radio's frequency widget (falling back to the saved config) instead of a same-section dependency. transition_disable is offered only for the WPA3-only modes where the signalled bitmap is non-empty. luci-mod-network: wireless: add WPA3-Personal Compatibility Mode
Expose the sae-compat encryption mode (WPA3-Personal Compatibility Mode) in the wireless security settings. It advertises WPA2-PSK in the base RSNE while offering SAE through RSN Override elements, so that both legacy WPA2 and modern WPA3 clients can connect to a single SSID. The mode relies on RSN overriding, which is an access-point feature, so it is offered for AP mode only. It gets the passphrase field and, like the other WPA2/WPA3 modes, the 802.11r, KRACK-countermeasure and WPS options. pull_request_template: improvements based on webhook
Since the formality checks are now automated via the webhook, contributors no longer need to manually go through a checklist. The bot will flag any issues, request fixes, and apply a label indicating that requirements are not met. Once all issues are resolved, the label is automatically removed. This also benefits maintainers during review, as the previous manual checklist could be skipped or filled with inaccurate information. Remove the checklist items that are now automatically enforced and keep only the ones that are not yet automated and still make sense to have. github: add webhook formality check
Replace the external formality check GitHub Action with a lightweight webhook managed by the openwrt-bot-worker engine. Using a webhook instead of a heavy GitHub Action workflow is much more suitable for quick formality checks. GitHub Actions are constrained by concurrency limits across repositories, often causing long delays. In contrast, the webhook validates commits near-instantly. The validation rules are configured via `.github/formalities.json`. Since verifying `PKG_VERSION`, `PKG_RELEASE`, and mandatory release notes are not relevant for the LuCI repository (unlike packages), these checks are disabled. Additionally, the formality check is now a hard requirement. The build workflow will only run once the formality check passes, saving runner resources. Migrate the `jsdoc.yml` workflow from the legacy, branch-based Pages deployment (using `peaceiris/actions-gh-pages`) to GitHub's native, artifact-based Pages deployment. luci-theme-bootstrap: handle null board info in container environments
ubus.call('system', 'board') returns null in minimal container
runtimes without procd. Subsequent accesses to boardinfo.hostname
and boardinfo.rootfs_type crash with 'left-hand side expression
is null'. Add null fallback to prevent the crash.
Fixes openwrt/luci#8726.
