Rosen Penev 02ebbcfc61 mpc85xx: dts: rename qca8k switch nodes with ethernet prefix

Rename the switch, port and PHY nodes to match the upstream device
tree binding names for the qca8k driver. The switch PHYs already live
on the external MDIO bus, so no functional change.
