Rosen Penev e250cadb9d mpc85xx: red-15w: use nvmem for wifi MAC ...

Remove userspace handling for the wifi MAC as nvmem is available to
handle this.

Add label-mac-device support for similar reasons. The ethaddr MAC shows
up on the label on the device.
