Rustam Adilov 7670f36e38 realtek: add a new device BT-PON BT-G711AX
The BT-PON BT-G711AX is a fiber modem (ONT) based on RTL9607C.

Specifications:

- SoC : Realtek RTL9607C
- RAM : DDR3 256 MiB
- Flash : SPI-NAND 128 MiB (Windbond)
- Ethernet : 4 port GbE Switch
- Fiber : 1x XPON SC/UPC (Semtech GN25L95)
- Phone : 1x RJ11 (Si32192)
- WIFI : RTL8192XBR + RTL8832BR
- LED : 12x (Power, PON, LOS, LAN1-4, TEL, USB, WPS, Wifi 2.4, Wifi 5)
- UART : 4 pin holes on PCB, 115200 8N1
- Button : 3x (WPS, WLAN, Reset)
- USB : 1x USB 2.0
- Power : 12V DC, 1.5A

This device, and many other devices of this platform, use a
dual-image layout inside a single ubi_device partition.

Intructions to boot initramfs can be found in the previous
commit message.

The networking on this device is not supported yet due to lack of DSA
driver support and thus no MAC addresses interfaces to assign in its
device tree file. But the mdio and cpu gmac are supported so the 4
PHYs and 3 GMAC are described along with 4 switch ports in preperation
for upcoming DSA.
